I walked some of the trails today and they're in pretty good shape.
We got some rain yesterday, so the low spots are a bit muddy, but
nothing like it was a few weeks ago.

And now for the bad news. I checked out the purple trail where it is
closed and it is badly eroded. I'd say it's not safe to traverse (the
drop off is really steep and treacherous).

All the boxes are reachable, but you can't walk the outer loop.
Instead the easies thing to do is to walk back to where you started
and take the red trail to get from side to side.
